Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2026
Last updated: September 9, 2026

Mind Children Inc. (“Mind Children,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at mindchildren.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact form. If you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and, if you provide it, your name) for the purpose of sending you updates.

We do not require you to provide this information to browse the Site generally — only if you choose to contact us or subscribe.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Site analytics. The Site uses analytics built into our website platform, Lovable, to understand overall traffic patterns. This includes aggregate metrics such as visitor and page-view counts, time on page, bounce rate, traffic sources, general device type (desktop/mobile/tablet), and an approximate country derived from your browser’s time zone. This analytics is designed to measure overall traffic rather than to identify or track individual visitors, and Lovable processes this data on our behalf.
  • Security and bot-prevention data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated bots and protect the Site from abuse. Turnstile collects limited technical signals — such as your IP address, browser/user-agent information, and TLS-related signals — and may set cookies that are strictly necessary for this security function. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as our service provider.

We do not use these tools to build individual visitor profiles, and we do not sell any information collected through them.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a limited set of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies used by Cloudflare Turnstile to detect and prevent automated abuse. These are required for the Site’s security and do not require your consent to operate.
  • Our analytics, as implemented through Lovable, is designed to avoid individual tracking; to the extent any cookies or similar local storage are used for this purpose, they are limited to aggregate traffic measurement.

If we later add cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or other non-essential purposes, we will update this policy and, where required (for example, for visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), obtain your consent before doing so.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Respond to messages submitted through our contact form;
  • Send newsletter updates to subscribers who have signed up;
  • Understand aggregate traffic and usage trends;
  • Detect, prevent, and address bot activity, fraud, and abuse; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information with the following categories of service providers, each of whom processes it on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy:

ProviderRolePurpose
LovableWebsite hosting platform and analyticsHosting the Site; providing aggregate visitor analytics
CloudflareSecurity/bot-protection providerOperating the Turnstile widget to prevent bot abuse
BrevoEmail service providerSending newsletter emails to subscribers

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new ownership.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland Visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — for aggregate analytics and for Turnstile’s bot/fraud-prevention function, which we consider necessary to operate and secure the Site without being excessive or unexpected given the context.
  • Consent — where we ask for it, such as before setting non-essential cookies (if any are added in the future) or when you affirmatively subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one — for example, responding to inquiries you submit through the contact form.

6. International Data Transfers

Because our service providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our providers (Lovable and Cloudflare each publish information about their own transfer mechanisms).

7. Data Retention

We retain:

  • Contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry, after which we delete or anonymize them;
  • Newsletter subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward to process your unsubscribe request; and
  • Aggregate analytics data for as long as it remains useful for understanding Site traffic trends, in accordance with Lovable’s own retention practices.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, by unsubscribing from our newsletter using the link in any email). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not adequately addressed your concern, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Security

We rely on our service providers’ security measures (including Cloudflare’s bot-protection tools and Lovable’s hosting infrastructure) to help protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
